A Perfect Match, Inc. provides each surrogate with a individualized Surrogate Benefits Package once she is matched with her intended family. The package outlines the amount the surrogate will be paid for each line item, as well as outlining when she will be paid. This document is signed by the surrogate and the intended parents, then submitted to the law office that will draft and review the legal surrogacy contract between the parties. By having the terms agreed to ahead of time, the amount of time it takes to finalize a surrogacy contract will decrease, and the amount of changes to the contract should be minimalized. The actual amounts and terms will be adjusted for your particular situation and agreement.
